LUXURIOUS WETROOM BATHROOM IN POLWARTH STREET.

Our client came to Forazzi through a referral from our friends at Scope bathroom interiors.

We worked with the client to maximise the existing plans ensuring the whole room reached its full potential.

Renovating Victorian and Edwardian era tenement flats is always a challenge. They are often long and narrow, walls never straight and floors often uneven. This bathroom ticked all these challenging boxes.

From installing new stock cocks and failing original pipework in the early part of the project, the design clash with the inward opening window, adjusting mood lighting set ups, dismantling and rebuilding the stained-glass entrance door frame to allow the large stone bath access to the room and to the finishing touches where large made-to-measure mirrors were carefully transported to the flat and installed with electric demister pads, all required careful planning execution. Again, our amazing Forazzi installation team rose to the challenge and delivered all of these with expert precision.

The projects with the best outcomes, often require the most dynamic planning decisions, and working closely with our client we have fully maximised the potential of this bathroom.

The overall result is there to see, timeless, stylish, and sympathetic to the traditional character of this property. Wall hung toilet, walk-in wetroom shower, Stone resin bath and beautiful wall and floor tiles by Porcelanosa really make this project special. The hidden treat for the deserving owner is the added luxury of WiFi enabled underfloor heating.

We are sure our client will have many years of enjoyment from this bathroom, and we hope this bathroom inspires others and demonstrates what can be achieved in difficult spaces. Enjoy.
